We specialize in hiring out certified personnel as: welders, plate- and pipe-fitters, NDT operators, foremen and engineers in several subjects. We have employees at various shipyards in Norway. We are expanding and constantly developing our business. We currently have more than 1,500 people in our database within different disciplines who have worked for our company in Norway. We have completed staffing on several projects in and outside Europe for Norwegian and foreign customers.

The company is certified ISO 9001: 2015 and Achilles.

Fosdalen AS has a direct agreement with the Norwegian United Federation of Trade Unions. Our company follows all wage and working conditions in accordance with the collective agreement for the engineering industry.

The chief trade union representative is Walfred Andersson.

When we started with a comprehensive hiring out of foreign qualified personnel to the engineering industry in 2005, it was directed by Fosdalen Industrier AS.

Fosdalen AS was established in 01.01.2009 as a private staffing agency with a primary focus on the continuation of the hiring out of qualified personnel to custumers within oil / gas industry.
